I bought and I am extremely DISAPPOINTED! The program only converts up to 192 Kbps! I need conversion into 320 Kbps! program is very good and beautiful but with conversion to only 192 Kbps is not worth the purchase! I hope that a new version it allows conversion into 320 Kbps!

Now the program is great! Recommend buying! Developers heard requests from clients and now the application converts in 320 Kbps! a suggestion! Would love it if the application had Brazilian Portuguese language support.

I like it so much. To do all that I need.

The app does not do a concistent conversion, some files are converted properly and some are converted with lower bit rate!

why does it not write track numbers to the headers? seems they overooked a pretty basic and important feature

By Paul Lafrance I very much like this app. It is easy to use, conversions are quickly done and the results are good. I wish it would display the current conversion settings so that when returning to the app, you know what settings you last used.

Its really frustrating, since all tracks in iTunes are messed up. Please fix this

Great App, fast and very easy to use. But we need track numbers after a conversion ! Could you fix this bug please ? Music Converter Pro would be perfect after that. Thanks !

It seems to do a good job of converting 24bit FLAC (Thanks SoS) to AAC, but having to manually add track numbers make this app only ok.

At first I couldnt understand why I was getting such terrible quality on my songs but then found that I just need to make a custom preset that has all of the settings I would like as opposed to using the standard presets that come with the application. I have been using this application to take my iTunes music to put on a SD card for my Audi Navigation. Works exactly as described and I no longer have duplicate entries in iTunes from creating a MP3 version.

In a previous version I had listed some major issues that seem to have been more or less fixed for this version. However Ive noted some new issues so once again Ive listed the pros and cons for newbies to make an informed decision. PROS: -The drag and drop was flawless! -The conversions are quick and it does multiple conversions at one time. -The developement team seems to work quickly in resolving issues and adding features based on suggestion. :) CONS version 1.4.0: Time code appears to be off with the converted files (example below) AAC, 2 audio channel, 274 bit rate, 8.87MB file * DURATION 04:02*--converted--> MP3, 2 audio channel, 211,000 bit rate, 7.74MB file * DURATION 04:53 * -something I noticed that may help in correcting this issue is that "previewing the mp3 works but clicking anywhere on the timeline to advance the play region would result in the song no longer playing". (the original ACC preview would be timeline selectable) ************************************************************************************************************************************************************** OLDER VERSION CONS:(status corrected with new version) -It appears that all of my AAC files were converted into very low low quality mp3s. basically from ~9MB AAC to ~900kb mp3 (obviously an major issue)

Great app. Sooo easy and intuitive. There is not a convertion I couldnt do with it. and its fast and reliable!

I expected an easy converter from any format to mp3. One step converter to iTunes. As well as speed, all with one touch. All this because I am already experiencing the same efficiency with the Smart Converter Pro for video files. When I went looking for a music converter and seen this app from the same developer. It was an instant decision to purchase. I am waiting on a pdf to e-pub converter. I will be first in line to purchase.

Really easy to use, has lot of converting options and does the job fast.

I made the purchase, and never looked back. I do a ton of studio work on my mac, and this converts all my audio files for me with ease. user friendly, simple and quick. no degredation of quality of my audio files. great app :)

I ended up buying it because my sony head set walkman was skipping some of the Mp4 songs that formatted in itunes. SO I bought this. It converted all the songs. But when I tryed to play them on the Sony Walkman head set its almost as if the songs were messed up. It litterally would skip 5-10 songs before it would hit one I had that was origionally mp3 format. So it was $5 wasted as far as I am concerned. I ended up deleteing it and spending 2 hours hunting down my old Ipod and use that to run now.

Having just purchased my first Apple computer, moving away from a PC, and during my learning curve, I found myself faced with the tedious task of converting my HUGE music library to mp3 format for i-tunes. I started out using the free app and immediately went looking for something faster and the PRO Converter fits the bill well. It is quick and simple enuff to use…… coming from a novice. I wouldnt hesitate to endorse the Pro Converter App.

After much frustration with other converters and a stubborn iTunes that wouldnt recognize music from my CD- AND a useless conversation with a tech rep who tried his best to help me- I discovered this converter and IM LISTENING TO MY IMPORTED MUSIC FROM iTUNES AS I WRITE. I am a happy happy person. Two thumbs way up for being user friendly and delivering exactly what it claimed.
