Works very well!

The interface is well laid out, and the app is easy to use. I like being able to convert audio formats and then export them directly into iTunes in one easy step. I also like its easy conversion from FLAC to MP3 or AAC. I think its well worth the money. However, I agree with the others who have noted that you cannot change the default bit rate when importing MP3s into iTunes, and that should be changed.
